Order Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days after you place your order.
Business Days: Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep promptly. Our standard delivery timeline is as follows:
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days across India.
Minimum Delivery Time: In some cases, customers may receive their order in as little as 2 days.
Maximum Delivery Time: The longest time frame for delivery is 12 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery; however, please note that delivery timelines may be subject to minor delays during peak seasons, unexpected events, or logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for orders above a specified amount, with a small charge for orders below this threshold:
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of INR 1999 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Charge: For orders below INR 1999, a standard shipping fee of INR 100 is applicable.Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
Evidence Required: Record a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the sealed package and unboxing steps, as well as the damaged area on the product. Photos may also be included to support your claim.
Report the Issue: Submit the unboxing video and photos to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Review Process: Our team will review the evidence and respond within 5-7 business days to provide further instructions.

Please note that damaged items are only eligible for replacement or refund if unboxing video evidence is provided, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or other reasons attributed to the customer, our customer service team will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
